Man, it is impossible to reason with someone in Katherine’s state of mind. Someone is going to have to effectively restrain Katherine to get the blood-lust out of her system before she will remotely be able to talk to anyone. Palace guards or Auri and the other girls? No idea, but I can’t wait for the next update!

im willing to bet that there is people watching,, to see if Kath was right or not..! (i would say three, as to witness.)
Katherine lost her sanity a long time ago.
Seeing her dead, desiccated sister on top of a mountain of corpses was enough to crush her young mind to pieces.
But knowing the secret to immortality has solidified her inability to recover; she’s wracked with the guilt of not doing anything when her role model betrayed everyone and killed hundreds to prolong his life, but more importantly, she’s chained by her fear that one day she’ll cave in to the temptation of eternal youth and betray her own kingdom for sacrifices to synthesize the elixir.
She’s willing to murder innocents if it means she won’t do something even worse.
